He fails to point out the mayhem and the financial loss he incurred to the then company Neall Alexanders Distinctly Kitchens and also to the suppliers and to the tradesmen programmed in to do the various works on his kitchen project.
he believes stopping a project the day it is to start is justified.
FACT.
As an ex director of the said joint venture company, Neall Alexanders Distinctly Kitchens Ltd, I can honestly say that no work was done to the Steggles Home, especially the kitchen, with the exception of preparatory 1st fix wiring (IN THE CELLAR) / and the re siting of the alarm box, internally. The Steggles themselves can only back this up.
They do not have any issues with quality of work or the mannerisms of the tradesmen.

It is unfortunate about the adverse blog placed by Matthew Steggle, a very learned individual(?), that he insists a connection with Neall Alexanders Doncaster ltd, he has been told by Government authorities that there is no such connection and he has no right to intimate or imply this as per his blog, which he is still making rather pathetic intimations on.
One might think; that as a Doctor at Sheffield Halham University, he believes he is above the law and can choose to ignore it.
The pictures he chooses to display are not of his kitchen, but of their very dilapidated & what possibly still is disgusting downstairs loo which had an illegally installed socket, AS PART OF THE ‘PART P’ UPGRADE IT WAS REMOVED, the other picture being of preparatory wiring in his cellar in readiness for the new kitchen ring main supplies.

To avoid this confusion I have invited Dr Steggle to post actual pictures of his kitchen.

It is most unlikely this will happen; one can only wonder why?

At the time of trading Dr Matthew Steggle and his partner Claire Allum Wood caused massive financial loss to Neall Alexanders Distinctly Kitchens Ltd by cancelling their project on the day it was to commence in earnest.

M Steggle & C Wood Allum did pay a deposit for the work to be done, had an example contract to peruse some several months prior to the legitimate one being signed & agreed by them. The monies they paid as a deposit were used to off sett the losses they incurred for the then company, to pay restocking fees,certain items could not be returned, to pay tradesmen for prep work done and for loss of earnings, and to partially off sett loss of profit.
None of the deposit was returned to them due to the colossal amount of work put into organising their project and for the loss of profits at that time.

It's been some time since I posted anything regarding the saga of the Steggles, occasionally I have tried to hint with slurs like, tdke (?) what does it mean ? Well, this may make it seem like I am bitter, almost immature, but I posted it, and, it simply means the dirtiest kitchen ever........t.d.k.e. THE DIRTIEST KITCHEN EVER

Well it was immature I admit; but I had suffered the indignation of what Steggle wrote about my company, so I suppose I was spitting my dummy out. Now; I have to say I don't care, it is true; the steggles had the dirtiest hovel we had ever had to endure. You could say what they did was our reprieve in some ways, in getting us away from enduring such disgusting conditions.

SOMETHING I HAVE NEVER DONE, IN ALL MY YEARS OF WORKING FOR PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS; I HAVE NEVER TALKED ABOUT CONFIDENCES OR CONDITIONS.

There is here, now, an exception, Steggle & co posses the dirtiest kitchen I have had the misfortune to walk into,

Matthew Steggle fails to mention that it was both his partner & himself who made the decision to cancel the contract and as a consequence; they alone incurred themselves the situation they now bemoan.

Matthew Steggle fails to point out the disruption and the huge financial loss he created for the then company Neall Alexanders Distinctly Kitchens, the financial loss and disruption he also inflicted on suppliers and to the tradesmen who were all programmed in to do the various works on his kitchen project, all who had to be let down.

Matthew Steggle cancelled his contract without any specific cause or justification and left the kitchen supplier without any explanation as to why he didn't want to progress on day 1.

Especially when Matthew Steggle says "their" kitchen was in such a mess (possibly the only comment I agree with him on)

If you renege on a contract you are responsible for the costs incurred and the associated losses. MATTHEW STEGGLE DID SUCH A THING and seeks only to muddy another companies name by virtue of his adverse blog.

If you have any views on this they are more than welcome.

This certainley isn't a personal saga, the matter did go wrong for Neall Alexanders Distinctly Kitchens due only to the Steggles desicion to renege on the contract leaving Neall Alexanders Distinctly Kitchens with a finacial loss together with suppliers and tradesmen all booked in and scheduled to carry out the full project.

I would be quite happy to remove any of my blogs on this subject which were only set up in response to the initial one being placed by M Steggle.

One can only presume that Matthew Steggles relentless tirade of blogs which he promotes through back links to SHU & others is one of a personal vendetta.

In all my career of installing kitchens I have never ever once spoken out about a customer; especially the disgusting state of a house and a kitchen piled high with rubbish and filth, but I have to say I am finding it hard not to do so about the Steggles house.

I am pleased to add that all the past customers of neall alexanders distinctly kitchens, were; thankfully ones that were proud and took care of their homes.

I have even had to withhold the statements sent by the electrical contractor and the alarm technician who have sent a honest account of the deplorable condition they found the Steggles kitchen & house in.

I suppose you could now say "I am beginning to take this a Little personal."

ONE THING IS ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN; NO ONE WAS EVER A VICTIM OF POOR WORKMANSHIP OR POOR QUALITY OF ANY DEGREE.

It is not clear why Matthew Steggle seeks to publish his blog, nor is it clear or specific what his "gripe" is, other than being vindictive towards a perfectly good company.
